Hideyasu's a somewhat tall, slender, but well built man. He isn't extremely beefy, as he wants to stay agile, but is still sturdy enough to hold his own for the most part. His hair is white, like his brother Haji's, due to the spiritual nature of his family. It is for this reason that his eyes are an unnatural blue considering his roots.
Personality:
Hideyasu is a far cry from his two brothers, being a lot darker and more reserved. He despises others, preferring to keep to himself as much as possible. He will speak very little unless agitated, at which point he'll scream in anger and rage at the source of his irritation. Being more in line with the darkness, he doesn't have much experience talking to others.
In battle, he's very much the same. If he is enraged, however, he will stop at nothing until his opponent lays utterly broken beneath him. He does tend not to kill unless he is required to do so, but he doesn't hesitate to slice and dice at his enemies.
He cares nothing for the problems plaguing the lands. He believes he owes nothing to a world that took his mother away, and he will not rest until vengeance is his at last.
History:
An excerpt from Morei Hideyasu's journal-
"As a child in a poor clan, I recall many nights where we would go without a meal. My father -scum that he was- was far too obsessed with his quest to become this 'legendary samurai' to really worry about any of us. I remember the disappointment in my mother's eyes every single time he came home without a means to provide for our family. No food. No coin. No news of our clan becoming in higher standing. The Morei clan had long fallen from its days of glory, because this pompous fool became too obsessed with just that. Our mother had to be the one to provide for us, leaving every day to find some way to work for food or some money to feed her three children and himself. Hidenori and I would often help her, as Haji was too young at the time and was barely learning to even walk.
Then came that fateful night, that day I will never forget. My miserable dreck of a father must have angered the wrong people, as they arrived at our home out of the dead of the night. These men... these... filthy savages... I know not what my father owed them, but they advanced upon my mother with those crazed looks. I still remember the evil, lust-filled gaze in their hideous eyes. Two of them held down Hidenori and myself while they tried to do the most unimaginable things to my mother. These sick bastards... but when they tried to hurt my brothers and me, my mother's protective instincts took hold, and she fought back harder than ever. They must have seen her as no longer worth the trouble, for they slew her right then and there. My mother's chest slashed wide open, her heart bleeding out for trying to protect us... because we were too weak to do it ourselves...
Those pigs... they left after that, probably not have planned to have commit murder on that foul night... but I would never forget the crests on their backs, the flower... Hidenori and I both ran away that night, the night the rain fell down. We went our separate ways... and in my lost wandering, I somehow found myself at Odawara Castle one day. The Daimyo of the land, Hojo Ujiyasu... he must have seen the hate in my eyes... for he took me in without a second thought. I trained day and night, practicing the art of the blade, my desire to grow stronger taking precedence over anything else. I trained with the Fuma ninja to further hone my skills, they taught me how to strike from the shadows. I dedicated not only my blade, but my body, my soul, to becoming a weapon. I would become the Hojo's instrument of destruction, their angel of death. As long as it got me my revenge, I cared not what blood I shed or what lives I took. This land could rot, for all I care. I owe nothing to a world that took my mother from me.
I know not what happened to Hidenori after that, or even Haji who we had left at home. I did not know if they were even alive. If they were killed, I would gladly hunt their killers down. But if they lived... then they would do well to never get in my way. And if my father still lived... his blood would stain my blade as well.
I have learned from my lord that the crest of the flower belonged to the Oda... I would exhaust everything in me to oppose them. Some poor soul best pray that he does not kill the men that took my mother's life, or I would take my rage out on them one thousand fold."
